Spring onion curry | Green onion tomato curry for chapati

Ingredients
- Spring onion – 1 cup
- Tomato – 2 or 3 chopped
- Onion – 1 [finely chopped or sliced]
- Ginger & garlic – 1 tbsp [grated]
- Green chilli – 1 finely chopped
- Cumin seeds – ½ tbsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Coriander powder – ½ tbsp
- Cumin & pepper powder – ½ tbsp
- Garam masala – ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar a pinch
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Water as needed
Method
- Heat pan with oil, add cumin seeds. Then add onion, ginger and garlic sauté till raw smell out.
- Add green chilli, & tomato sauté till soft. Then add turmeric & red chilli powder mix well. Add 3 tbsp of water mix well.
- Add spring onion sauté. Then add cumin, coriander & pepper powder mix well.
- Then add salt, sugar & garam masala sauté. Then cut off heat. Serve hot with rice or chapati.
