Instant oats dosa-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Oats [Oatmeal] – ¼ cup
- Rava[Semolina] – ½ cup
- Curd - ½ cup
- Water as needed
- Red, yellow, green capsicum – ¼ cup [finely chopped]
- Green chilli - 1 [chopped]
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl add rava, curd & water mix well and leave it for 2 hours. Particle of Rava size becomes 2 times bigger
- Then add oats, capsicum, green chilli mix well.
- Heat iron dosa tawa pour oats rava batter mixture, spread immediately, pour oil, cover lid & cook till crisp & golden brown both sides.
- Then Serve hot with coconut chutney.
How to make Instant Oats Dosa [Oatmeal dosa]- Step by step photos
In a bowl add rava and salt mix well
Add curd mix well
Add water mix well, make smooth batter, cover lid, leave it for 1.5 hours to 2 hours
After 2 hours batter thick and soft. Rava absorbs all the water & curd
Now add oats [You can roast oats then add]
Add red, yellow, green capsicum& green chilli mix well
Heat iron dosa tawa, pour oats veg batter, spread immediately
Pour 1 table spoon of oil around the oats dosa
One side is ready,turn over, cook for other side
Perfectly cooked oats dosa, remove from pan, serve hot with coconut chutney
