Instant mango laddu

Ingredients
- Mango - 1 [ big]
- Sweet condensed milk –1/2 tin
- Milk powder - 1/2 cup
- Rava[Semolina] - 1/4 cup
- Almonds - 1tbsp - 5
- Ghee - 1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder- 1 tsp
Preparation
- Wash, peel off & chop fully ripe mango.
- In a mixer jar add mango cubes, finely grind.
- Heat ghee in a pan add rava roast till you get nice aroma.
- Add mango saute for 5 min.
- Add condensed milk, milk powder mix well without lumps, then stir continuously till thickens[Apr. 3 min].
- Finally add cardamom powder mix well then cut off heat, let cool.
- Then make equal size ladoos from the mixture.
- Garnish with almonds & store it in an airtight container
- Refrigerate and serve.
