Homemade Idli powder | Idli podi-How to make-Video & Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Bengal gram - 1 cup
- Toor dal - 1 cup
- Urad dal - 1 cup
- Sesame seeds - 1 cup
- Dry red chilli - 12
- Sea salt to taste
- Jaggery -1 tbsp
Preparation
- Dry roast ingredients one by one. Then let it cool & grind.
- Then add jaggery & salt mix well.
- Then put all ingredients in a blender mix well.
- Then let it cool & store in an airtight container use within one month.
- Serve with idli, dosa & rice
- Serving: - Serve with sesame oil, ghee or coconut oil.

Dry roast all ingredients, let it cool & grind
Add jaggery, salt & ground powder in a blender mix well
Idli podi is ready
