Ingredients
- Flaxseed [aali vithai] - 1/3 cup
- Bengal gram - 1/4 cup
- Toor dal - 1/4 cup
- Urad dal - 1/4 cup
- Dry red chilli - 12
- Ssalt to taste
- Asafoetida [1/2 tsp]
Preparation
- Dry roast above ingredients one by one. Then let it cool
- Then put all ingredients in a blender mix well.
- Then let it cool & store in an airtight container use within one month.
- Serve with idli, dosa , uthappam or rice
- Serving: - Serve with sesame oil, ghee or coconut oil.

Healthy flaxseed idli powder
Aali vithai idli podi
Add 1/4 cup urad dal
Roast till light brown
Add Flaxseed
Roast for 50 sec
Transfer to plate , let it cool
Add chana dal
Roast till light brown
Add Toor dal, roast till light brown
add hing
Add dry red chilli, roast
add salt, let it cool
Put it in a mixie jar , finely grind
Healthy flaxseed idli podi ready
Store in a n airtight container use within 2 months
