Ingredients

  • Flaxseed [aali vithai] - 1/3 cup
  • Bengal gram - 1/4 cup
  • Toor dal - 1/4 cup
  • Urad dal - 1/4 cup
  • Dry red chilli - 12
  • Ssalt to taste
  • Asafoetida [1/2 tsp]

Preparation

  • Dry roast above ingredients one by one. Then let it cool
  • Then put all ingredients in a blender mix well.
  • Then let it cool & store in an airtight container use within one month.
  • Serve with idli, dosa , uthappam or rice
  • Serving: - Serve with sesame oil, ghee or coconut oil.
