Coriander oats uthappam | Kothamalli Uttapam-Easy breakfast recipe

Ingredients
- Dosa baater - 1 cup
- Oats [Oatmeal] – ¼ cup
- Coriander chutney - 3 tbsp*
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Coriander chutney*
- Corainder leaves- ¼ cup
- Mint leaves– 2 springs
- Green chilli - 3
- Coconut - 2 tbsp [grated]
- Ginger - 1 tbsp
- Roasted gram[Chutney kadalai]- 1 tbsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Heat oil in a pan add coriander leaves, mint leaves saute for 2 min.
- Add sauted mint coriander leaves, coconut, ginger, roasted gram, green chilli, salt in a mixer jar coarsely grind with ¼ cup of water.
Preparation Method
- In a bowl add dosa batter, oats, coriander chutney mix well.
- Heat iron dosa tawa pour oats coriander batter mixture, pour 1 tbsp of oil around the uthappam, cover lid & cook for both sides
- Then Serve hot with coconut chutney.
