Coriander chutney | Cilantro chutney-How to make-video

Ingredients
- Coriander leaves [cilantro, kothamalli] – 1 cup
- Green chilli – 2
- Ginger – 1 inch piece
- Coconut -2 tbsp
- Roasted gram – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For seasoning
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
Method
- In a mixer jar add all ingredients finely grind with enough water.
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds let it splutter. Then add curry leaves.
- Add seasoned ingredients into the coriander chutney. Serve with idli, dosa & uthappam
