Cuisine Style: Tamil Nadu, south india | Preparation Time: 5 minutes | To Serve: 3 | Type : Chutney, side dish | Take with : Idly, Uthappam, Dosa, Upma

Ingredients

  • Coriander leaves [cilantro, kothamalli] – 1 cup
  • Green chilli – 2
  • Ginger – 1 inch piece
  • Coconut -2 tbsp
  • Roasted gram – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For seasoning

  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves – 1 spring

Method

  • In a mixer jar add all ingredients finely grind with enough water.
  • Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds let it splutter. Then add curry leaves.
  • Add seasoned ingredients into the coriander chutney. Serve with idli, dosa & uthappam
