Badam jaggery halwa [Instant without milk]-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Badam[Almond] -1 cup
- Jaggery- `1 cup
- Water - 3/4 cup
- Cardamom powder-1 tbsp
- Ghee- 4 tbsp
Preparation
- Wash and soak almonds in warm water for 3 to 4 hours
- After 3 hours peel off the almond skin.
- Add almonds in a mixie jar coarsely grind without water.
- Heat 3 tbsp ghee in a pan, add ground almond saute for 3 min.
- Heat another pan, add jagger & water, cook for 3 min
- Strain and add jaggery mixture into almond mixture cook till it thickens
- Once its ready, Add cardamom powder & nuts mix well
- Pour the mixture into the ghee greased tray, evenly spread, garnish with nuts then serve

Delicicous, no white sugar halwa
Take 1 cup almond
Wash and soak almonds in hot water for 2 hours
Peel off the skin
Add almond & water, in a mixie jar, coarsely grind
Ground almond mixture ready
Heat pan, add 3 tbsp ghee
Add almond mixture
Saute for 3 min
Heat another pan ,add jaggery
Add water
Boil for 1 min
Now its ready
Strain and add into almond mixture
Stir well without lumps
Stir for 3 min
Add 1 tbsp ghee
Stir well till it thickens
add cardamom powder
Almost ready
Perfect consistency
add nuts
Almond mixture starts leaving the pan, cut off heat
Less ghee almond halwa ready, serve hot or cold
