Ingredients

  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Milk - 3/4 cup
  • Rose syrup - 1/4 cup
  • Water - 1/2 cup [Chilled]
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
  • Ice cubes - 1/4 cup

Preparation

  • Boil milk, add rose syrup mix well, then refrigerate for 2 hours or you can freeze it for 30 min.
  • In a bowl add curd, cardamom powder, rose milk, sugar, & water churn well till frothy.
  • Add ice cubes & serve immediately.

Tips & variations

  • You can add jaggery or honey instead of white sugar.
  • You can add coconut milk or almond milk
