Ingredients
- Curd - 1 cup
- Milk - 3/4 cup
- Rose syrup - 1/4 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup [Chilled]
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
- Ice cubes - 1/4 cup
Preparation
- Boil milk, add rose syrup mix well, then refrigerate for 2 hours or you can freeze it for 30 min.
- In a bowl add curd, cardamom powder, rose milk, sugar, & water churn well till frothy.
- Add ice cubes & serve immediately.
Tips & variations
- You can add jaggery or honey instead of white sugar.
- You can add coconut milk or almond milk
