Ingredients
- Curd - 1 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup [Chilled]
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Saffron a pinch
- Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
- Ice cubes - 4 to 5
Preparation
- In a bowl add curd, sugar, cardamom, saffron & water churn well.
- Add ice cubes & serve immediately.
Tips & variations
- You can add jaggery or honey instead of white sugar.
- You can add boiled & chilled milk or coconut milk or almond milk
