Egg mayonnaise sandwich-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Wheat bread or normal white bread– 2
- Egg – 1 [boiled]
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
- Water – 2 tbsp
Preparation Method
- In a bowl add boiled egg & crumble. Then sprinkle salt & pepper powder mix well.
- Cut & remove brown edges of the bread. Spray water over the bread
- Grease both bread slices with mayonnaise & then evenly spread.
- Take one bread slice & place egg mixture & evenly spread, then cover with another bread slice & press gently.
- Then cut bread into half. Then serve immediately with tomato chilli sauce or green chutney.

Spray 1 tbsp of water over the bread.
Boil egg then crumble & sprinkle salt, pepper powder mix well
Grease bread slices with mayonnaise then place crumbled egg, press gently, then cut into half and serve with green chutney
