Egg mayonnaise sandwich


Cuisine Style: Indo-china| Preparation & Cooking Time: 10 minutes | To Serve: 3 | Type : Breakfast, Rice | Take with : Green chutney

Ingredients

  • Wheat bread or normal white bread– 2
  • Egg – 1 [boiled]
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
  • Water – 2 tbsp

Preparation Method

  • In a bowl add boiled egg & crumble. Then sprinkle salt & pepper powder mix well.
  • Cut & remove brown edges of the bread. Spray water over the bread
  • Grease both bread slices with mayonnaise & then evenly spread.
  • Take one bread slice & place egg mixture & evenly spread, then cover with another bread slice & press gently.
  • Then cut bread into half. Then serve immediately with tomato chilli sauce or green chutney.
