Chocolate Burfi By

Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
  • Milk powder – 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Ghee - 1/4 cup
  • Chocolate chips - 2 tbsp
  • Almonds [ ghee roasted, grated] - 4

Preparation

  • Heat pan add sugar & water let it melt.
  • Grease tray with ghee & keep it aside.
  • Add milk powder stir well without lumps.
  • Add cocoa powder mix well.
  • Add ghee stir well till the mixture thickens then cut off heat.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased tray & sprinkle chocoalte chips & almonds.
  • Then cut into desired shapes & then let it cool in room temperature.

Note

  • For variation :-You can add condensed milk, & cardamom powder
  • For carrot burfi:-ghee roast grated carrot, add condensed milk, milk powder
