Wheat flour rusk in 15 min-How to make-Step by step photos

Main Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 1 & 3/4 cup
- Milk powder - 1/4 cup
- Milk -1 cup
- Instant dry yeast - 1.5 tsp
- Sugar - 1/5 cup
- Oil - 1/5 cup
- Butter - 3 tbsp
Preparation
- In a bowl add yeast, sugar, luke warm milk , mix well, rest for 8 min
- Add wheat flour, milk powder, sugar, water make soft dough
- Add oil & butter, knead it for 5 to 8 min
- Then cover lid, let it rise for 2 hours in warm place
- Two hours later, knead it 1 min, then divide into equal size balls
- Rollout into thick oval size sheet
- Roll into log shape, then rise again for 20 min to 1 hour
- Brush with milk or egg+milk mixture
- Pre-heat over/OTG for 10 min, 250 degree C
- Bake for 25 min, 170 degree C
- 25 min later, remove it from OTg, Let it cool Then Slice
- Place it in a tray bake again for 15 min, 140 degree C
- Once done, remove it from OTG/OVEN, let it cool, Flip over then Bake again for 15 min, 140 degree C
- Once its done, let it cool, store in an airtight container, use wihtin 1 month
