Wheat flour laddoo | Atta laddu | Godhumai ladoo-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Wheat flour– 1 cup
- Jaggery –3/4 to 1 cup
- Cardamom powder – 1 tbsp
- Ghee – 1/2 cup
Preparation
- Heat pan add sesame seeds, roast for 4 min.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add wheat flour saute till you get nice aroma.
- Heat jaggery & water in a pan, let it boil for 3 min.
- Then strain with out lumps.
- Add jaggery syrup into the wheat flour mixture, mix well.
- Add cardamom powder, roasted sesame seeds.
- Then make equal lemon size ladoos
- Garnish nuts & place it in an airtight container use within 3 days.
Notes and variations
- Dont burn the wheat flour while roasting
- Mixture is too dry, You can add saffron milk or ghee to adjust the consistency of mixture.
- Mixture is too wet or runny add badam powder, milk powder, or roasted atta, rava or ragi flour.

Roast sesame seeds
Heat ghee, add wheat flour, saute till you you get nice aroma
Roasted wheat flour ready
Heat jaggery & water
Let it boil for 3 min
Jaggery syrup ready
Strain & add into wheat flour mixture, stir till it thickenes
Add roasted sesame seeds
Add cardamom powder
Now its ready, cut off heat
Make equal size ladoos
Atta jaggery ladoo
