Thakkali kuzhambu | Tomato kuzhambu For idli or dosa

Ingredients
- Tomato – 3 [chopped]
- Onion – 2 [sliced]
- Coconut – 1 tbsp [grated]
- Dry red chilli - 2
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Corainder seeds - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
Seasoning
- Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – ½ tbsp
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Oil - 1 tbsp
Method
- Heat pan with oil add onion sauté well then add garlic, coriander seeds, red chilli and coconut sauté well.
- Add tomato sauté till raw smell out. Cut off heat add salt and sugar. Then put it in blender make fine paste.
- Heat pan with oil add mustard seeds, and curry leaves.
- Add ground tomato mixture, ater, red chilli pwoder & turmeric powder let it boil for 5 min
- Then cut off heat, serve hot with idli, dosa or uthappam
