How to make Ret velvet swiss roll cake -No Butter/Milk, No Fat video
Ingredients
- Maida /All purpose flor / Wheat flour- 1/3 cup
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Egg -3
- Powdered sugar- 1/4 cup
- Sunflower oil -30 ml
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- Edible red cood colour as required
For Frosting:-
- Whipping cream powder- 1 cup
- Milk - 100 ml
Preparation
- Pre-heat OTG/ OVEN time:- 10 min, Temp:- 250 Degree C
- In a bowl add 3 eggs,vanilla essence beat well for 50 sec
- Add powdered sugar Beat well for 8 min.
- Seive then Add flour, corn flour, baking powder 3 times, gently mix like cut & fold method
- Add oil mix gently, Add colour, mix well
- Pour over buttersheet tray, Tap twice
- Place it in a Pre-heated OTG / OVEN, Bake for 20 min, 180 C
- Once it s ready, remove it from OTG, De-mold, then cover with clean cloth then fold like swirl
- For Frosting:- Add whipping cream powder, chilled milk in a bowl mix well
Then Freeze it 20 min - Then beat till stiff peaks and fluffy
- Add frosting over the swiss roll cake evenly spread
- Then again roll into swirl shape
- cover it then refrigerate 1 hour
- Slice then Serve with tea or coffee

Beat on medium - high speed
Beat well for 8min
Egg mixture ready
Add 1/3 cup Flour
Add 1 tbsp corn flour
Add 1/4 tsp Baking powder
Add 1 tsp Cocoa powder
Seive without lumps
Gently mix
Add red food colour
Gently mix using cut and fold method
Batter ready
Pour over greased tray
Evenly spread
Tap twice
Bake for 15 mi,n 170 Degree C
Now itsready, remove it from OTG
Immediately remove it from tray
Place it in a cotton cloth
Close immediately to avoid drying
Add 2 ingredient whipped cream frosting
Close it
Refrigerate 2 hours
2 hours later
Slice and serve
Perfect slice
Super spongy without butter
