How to make Rainbow swiss roll cake -No Butter/Milk, No Fat video
Ingredients
- Maida /All purpose flor / Wheat flour- 1/3 cup
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Egg -3
- Powdered sugar- 1/4 cup
- Sunflower oil -30 ml
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- COlours- Red, yellow, green, purple, blue
For Frosting:-
- Whipping cream powder- 1 cup
- Milk - 100 ml
Preparation
- Pre-heat OTG/ OVEN time:- 10 min, Temp:- 250 Degree C
- In a bowl add 3 eggs,vanilla essence beat well for 50 sec
- Add powdered sugar Beat well for 8 min.
- Seive then Add flour, corn flour, baking powder 3 times, gently mix like cut & fold method
- Add oil mix gently.
- Then divide the batter into 5 parts
- Add colour, mix well
- Pour each colour batter into piping bags, close it
- Squeeze each colour batter into buttersheet tray, Tap twice
- Place it in a Pre-heated OTG / OVEN, Bake for 20 min, 180 C
- Once it s ready, remove it from OTG, De-mold, then cover with clean cloth then fold like swirl
- For Frosting:- Add whipping cream powder, chilled milk in a bowl mix well
Then Freeze it 20 min - Then beat till stiff peaks and fluffy
- Add frosting over the swiss roll cake evenly spread
- Then again roll into swirl shape
- cover it then refrigerate 1 hour
- Slice then Serve with tea or coffee

Rainbow swiss roll cake
add 3 eggs
Beat for 50 sec
add 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Add vanilla essence
Beat till pale yellow glossy looking consistency [Apr 8 min]
Perfect shiny batter ready
add 1/3 cup flour
add 1 tbsp corn flour
Add 1/2 tsp bakign powder
Seive then add 3 times without lumps
Gently mix
Batter ready
Divide the batter into 5 parts
Mix well
Red colour
pour into piping bags
Squeeze over baking tray
Tap twice
Place it in a Pre-heated OTG/OVEN, Bake for 15 min, 170 dgree C
Now its ready
Immediately remove
Place it in a Clean cloth
Close it
Gently Fold
Keep it aside
For Frosting:- Add 100 ml chilled milk
Add whipping cream powder
Mix well, freeze it 15 min
Beat well till stiff peak
Now its ready
Gently mix
Place frosting , evenly spread
Roll
Gently roll
Refrigerate 30 min to 1 hour
Slice and serve
