Potato corn balls | Potato corn croquettes-How to make-Step by step photos & video

I have cooked corn in 3 types of interesting methods in corn field. First one is simple boiling and coated with fresh lemon and salt. Second, cripsy corn potato balls. And the third and very interesting method is Tandoor corn, Yes, corn is marinated and burnt in firewood. All demonstration done in beautiful farm and cooked in Mudstove.
Main Ingredients
- Potato[Aloo] - 2
- Corn - 2
- Ginger, garlic & green chilli paste- 2 tbsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp
- Rice flour - 3 tbsp + 2 tbsp for batter
- Breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp + 1/4 cup for rolling
- Coriander leaves -2 tbsp[fienly chopped]
- Oil for deep frying
Preparation
- Boil potato & corn till soft then mash well.
- In a bowl add rice flour, salt , water mix well make flowing consistency batter.
- Add salt, ginger, garlic, green chilli paste, garam masala, coriander leaves, rice flour & breadcrumbs.
- Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for 25 minutes to avoid stickiness while making balls
- Make lemon size ball out of the mixture.
- Dip each ball in the rice flour mixture & roll it in breadcrumbs. Make sure all the sides are rolled with breadcrumbs equally.
- Deep fry all the balls in golden brown color
- Serve hot with tomato sauce, chilli sauce or green chutney

Boil corn, potato
Cook till soft
Mash well
Add garam masala, ginger, garlic, green chilli paste & salt
Add bread crumbs
Add rice flour
Make balls
Dip in rice flour batter
Roll out into breadcrumbs
Drop balls in hot oil, deepfry till crisp & golden brown
Now its ready, remove it from oil
Crispy potato corn balls ready
Corn potato fritters, serve hot with chilli sauce
