How to make Pori urundai-Puffed Rice Balls shorts in 1 min video
Main Ingredients
- Puffed rice - 3 cups
- Jaggery - 1 cup
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Dry ginger powder/cardamom powder - 1 tsp [optional]
Preparation
- Roast puffed rice for 2 min [Dont burn]
- Heat pan add jaggery & water[Apr 1/4 cup] let it melt then boil till soft ball forming consistency.
- Add puffed rice/ pori, cardamom, dry ginger powder & ghee mix well
- Let it cool for 2 to 3 min only
- Grease your palm with rice flour or ghee then make balls in warm stage.
- Then let it cool & keep in an airtight container & use within 7 days
