Paneer masala fry-How to make-Step by step photos

Main Ingredients
- Paneer - 250 gram
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger & Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- Bread crumbs - 1/4 cup
- For batter:-
- Maida - 1/4 cup
- Corn flour - 3 tbsp
- Rice flour - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
Preparation
- Cut paneer into rectangle shape
- Marianate with Red chilli powder, Garam masala powder, Ginger & Garlic paste, salt for 30 min to 1 hour
- In a bowl add Maida, Corn flour, Red chilli powder, salt mix well, make slightly thick flowing consistency batter
- Dip paneer into batter, coat with breadcrumbs, freeze it for 30 min or instantly fry
- Heat oil in a pan, deep fry until crispy and golden brown
- Once ready, drain on absorbent paper, serve hot with any sauce
