Onion cabbage bonda-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Onion – 2 [Sliced]
- Cababge – 3 tbsp [Grated]
- Potato - 1[garted]
- Green chilli – 1
- Ginger and garlic – 1 tbsp[cutinto thin stripes or mashed]
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Roasted peanuts – 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder –¼ tsp
- Red chilli powder - ½ tsp
- Gram flour – ½ cup
- Rice flour – ¼ cup
- Rava[Semolina] – 3 tbsp
- Asafetida - ¼ tsp
- Green chilli – 1 finely chopped
- Curry leaves – 2 springs [chopped]
- Coriander leaves – 2 springs [chopped]
- Salt to taste
- Oil – for deep frying
- Water as needed [Apr. 3 to 4 tbsp]
Preparation
- Take a bowl add all the above ingredietns mix well.
- Then make balls out off the mixture
- Heat oil in a pan then drop raw onion bonda, deep fry on medium flame till golden brown & crispy.
- Serve hot with curd rice, evening snack, tea or coffee
How to make Onion cabbage bonda-Step by step photos
Take 2 red onion
In a bowl add slcied onion, grated potato, coriander leaves
Add green chilli, ginger, garlic, and grated cabbage
Add red chilli pwoder, turmeric, curry leaves, and salt
Add asafoetida
Add gram flour, rice flour, and cumin seeds
Add rava-semolina
Mix well
Make balls out off the mixture
Heat enough oil, drop raw onion bonda
Flip over, fry till crisp and golden brown
Now its ready, remove it from oil
Crispy onion bonda ready, serve hot with tea or coffe or take it with chilli sauce or coconut chutney
