Noodles pakoda | Leftover maggi fritters-How to make-Step by step photos

Cuisine Style: South India | Cooking Time: 8 minutes | To Serve: 4 | Type : Snacks | Take with: Curd rice, green chutney, tea or coffee
Ingredients
- Noodles[Leftover or boiled] – 1 cup
- Gram flour – ½ cup
- Rice flour – ¼ cup
- Red chilli powder - ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves -1 spring[chopped]
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- Water as needed [Apr. 3 to 4 tbsp]
Preparation
- In a bowl add boiled noodles/ leftover,
- Add gram flour, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder & coriander leaves mix well.
- Sprinkle 4 tbsp of water and mix well. (Not like bajji consistency).
- Heat oil in a pan then sprinkle onion mixture & deep fry on medium flame till golden brown & crispy.
- Serve hot with curd rice, tea or coffee
How to make Instant leftover noodles pakoda-Step by step photos
Take 1 bowl leftover noodles / boiled noodles
Add salt
Add gram flour, rice flour
Add red chilli powder
Add coriander leaves
Mix well
Add 3 tbsp water, mix well
Heat oil in a pan, add noodles p[akoda mixture, deep fry till crisp
Now its ready, remove it from oil
Delicious and crispy noodles pakoda ready, serve hot
