Ingredients

  • Noodles[Leftover or boiled] – 1 cup
  • Gram flour – ½ cup
  • Rice flour – ¼ cup
  • Red chilli powder - ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves -1 spring[chopped]
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Water as needed [Apr. 3 to 4 tbsp]

Preparation

  • In a bowl add boiled noodles/ leftover,
  • Add gram flour, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder & coriander leaves mix well.
  • Sprinkle 4 tbsp of water and mix well. (Not like bajji consistency).
  • Heat oil in a pan then sprinkle onion mixture & deep fry on medium flame till golden brown & crispy.
  • Serve hot with curd rice, tea or coffee
