Leftover thinai upma balls without deep fry-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Leftover thinai upma– 1 cup
- Gram flour- 2 tbsp
- Rice flour – 3 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Coriander leaves– 1 spring
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- Water as needed [3 to 4 tbsp]
Preparation
- In a bowl add leftover thinai upma, gram flour, rice flour, salt, coriander leave, red chilli & turmeric powder mix well
- Make soft dough. Divide the balls into equal size balls.
- Heat oil in a pan, Add thinai balls, deep fry till crisp & golden brown on medium hot oil.
- Once its ready remove from oil & drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with tea or coffee
