How to make Leftover rava upma kurkure video
Ingredients
- Leftover rava upma -1 cup
- Cooked Rice - 1 cup
- Tomato Red chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
- Maida - 2 tbsp
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves - 1 spring
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
Preparation
- In a mixie jar add left over rava upma, cooked rice, tomato chilli sauce, salt, coriadner leaves, maida, corn flour mix well.
- Put this mixture into zip lock cover
- Heat oil in a pan, squeeze over oil, deep fry till crispy and golden brown
- Once its ready, remove from oil, drain on absorbent paper
- Serve hot with tomato sauce, chilli sauce or green chutney

In amixie jar add cooked rice, left over rava upma
Add tomato chilli sauce, maida, corn flour, coriander & salt
Grind
Put it in a zip lock pouch
Squeeze over the oil
Deep fry till crisp & golden brown
Flip over , fry both sides
Fry on medium flame
Now its ready
Drain oil
Crispy kurkure ready
Left over rava upma kurkure ready, serve with any sauce
