Gulgula | Wheat flour sweet bonda-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Wheat flour –1 cup
- Banana - 2
- coconut - 3 tbsp
- Jaggery - 1/2 cup
- Almond, pista, cashew, raisins - 2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Curd - 1 tbsp
- Water as required
- Oil for deep frying
Preparation Method
- In a bowl add all ingredients, mix well make sticky batter.
- Cover it & leave it for 10 min.
- Heat oil in a pan, make small balls out of the mixture, drop it in medium hot oil, deep fry till golden brown
- Drain on absorbent paper
- Then serve with tea or coffee
How to make Gulgula-Step by step photos
In a bowl add wheat flour, mashed banana
Add coconut, and nuts
Add cardamom powder
Add jaggery powder
Add curd
Add baking powder
Mix well
Make small balls out of the mixture
Heat oil, drop iit in hot oil, deep fry till crisp
Flip over, fry on medium flame
Mini gulgule ready
Remove it from oil
Delicious gulgule ready
