Gulgula | Wheat flour sweet bonda-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour –1 cup
  • Banana - 2
  • coconut - 3 tbsp
  • Jaggery - 1/2 cup
  • Almond, pista, cashew, raisins - 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Curd - 1 tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Oil for deep frying

Preparation Method

  • In a bowl add all ingredients, mix well make sticky batter.
  • Cover it & leave it for 10 min.
  • Heat oil in a pan, make small balls out of the mixture, drop it in medium hot oil, deep fry till golden brown
  • Drain on absorbent paper
  • Then serve with tea or coffee
