How to make Eggless vanilla cake video


Ingredients

  • Maida /All purpose flor / Wheat flour- 1 & 1/4 cup
  • Fresh Curd- 1/2 cup
  • Coconut oil / sunflower oil / groundnut oil- 1/2 cup
  • Salt- 1/4 tsp
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda - 3/4 tsp
  • Sugar - 3/4 cup
  • Milk - 1/4 to 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

Preparation

  • Take 5 littre pressure cooker.
  • Remove gasket & whistle from the pressure cooker lid.
  • Then place grid.
  • Preheat pressure cooker for 5 to 10 min on medium flame.
  • Grease baking tin with butter and sprinkle flour.
  • In a bowl seive maida, salt, baking powder, baking soda mix well.
  • In a bowl add fresh curd, sugar, oil, vanilla essence mix well till cream consistency
  • Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients mixture, gently mix
  • Add milk to adjust the consistency.
  • Pour cake batter into baking tin.
  • Place it in pre-heated pressure cooker.
  • Close lid & cook for 35 to 40 min on low flame.
  • Once its ready carefully remove baking tin then un-mould & let it cool.
  • Sprinkle cocoa powder & powdered sugar, slice and serve with tea / coffee/ milk

Note

  • Before baking in pressure cooker remove gasket & whistle.
