How to make Eggless tutti frutti cake video
Ingredients
- Maida /All purpose flor / Wheat flour- 1 & 1/4 cup
- Tutti frutti - 1/2 cup
- Fresh Curd- 1/2 cup
- Coconut oil / sunflower oil / groundnut oil- 1/2 cup
- Salt- 1/4 tsp
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Baking soda - 3/4 tsp
- Sugar - 3/4 cup
- Milk - 1/4 to 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Preparation
- Take 5 littre pressure cooker.
- Remove gasket & whistle from the pressure cooker lid.
- Then place grid.
- Preheat pressure cooker for 5 to 10 min on medium flame.
- Grease baking tin with butter and sprinkle flour.
- In a bowl seive maida, salt, baking powder, baking soda mix well.
- In a bowl add fresh curd, sugar, oil, vanilla essence mix well till cream consistency
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients mixture, gently mix
- Add milk to adjust the consistency.
- Add tutti frutti gently mix
- Pour cake batter into baking tin.
- Place it in pre-heated pressure cooker.
- Close lid & cook for 35 to 40 min on low flame.
- Once its ready carefully remove baking tin then un-mould & let it cool.
- Sprinkle cocoa powder & powdered sugar, slice and serve with tea / coffee/ milk
Note
- Before baking in pressure cooker remove gasket & whistle.

Remove gasket
Pre-heat for 10 min on low flame
Grease with butter & sprinkle flour, coat all sides
Baking tin ready
In a bowl add fresh curd
Add sugar
Mix well
Creamy consistency till cream consistency
Add oil
Add vanilla essence
Mix well
Now its ready, keep it aside
For dry ingredients, add flour
Add baking soda
Add baking powder
Add pinch of salt
Mix well
Add wet ingredients
Gently mix
Add milk
Mix well
Add tutti frutti
Gently mix
Pour into baking tin
Tap twice
Place it in pre-heated pressure cooker, coook for 45 min on low flame
After 20 min
After 45 min
Stick comes out clean, now its ready
Remove edges
De-mold
Sprinkle cocoa powder
Place paper
sprinkle powdered sugar
Carefully remove paper
Remove one by one
Spongy tutti frutti cake ready
Slice & serve
