Ingredients

  • Dates– 1 cup
  • Almonds - 1/4 cup
  • Pistachios- 1/4 cup
  • Sesame - 1/4 cup
  • Cashews - 1/4 cup
  • Ghee – 2 tbsp

Preparation

  • Heat pan add sesame seeds, roast for 4 min.
  • Soak almonds & pistachios in hot water for min then peel off the skin
  • Wash & soak dates in warm water for 5 min then drain water.
  • Heat ghee in a pan, blanched almond & pistaca roast for 3 min
  • Add cashews roast.
  • Add 2 tbsp ghee in the same pan, add dates saute for 3 min.
  • Let it cool all the roasted ingredients & grind to coarse mixture.
  • Then divide the mixture into equal size ladoos
  • Garnish nuts, refrigerate & use within 3 days.
