Ingredients
- Dates– 1 cup
- Almonds - 1/4 cup
- Pistachios- 1/4 cup
- Sesame - 1/4 cup
- Cashews - 1/4 cup
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Heat pan add sesame seeds, roast for 4 min.
- Soak almonds & pistachios in hot water for min then peel off the skin
- Wash & soak dates in warm water for 5 min then drain water.
- Heat ghee in a pan, blanched almond & pistaca roast for 3 min
- Add cashews roast.
- Add 2 tbsp ghee in the same pan, add dates saute for 3 min.
- Let it cool all the roasted ingredients & grind to coarse mixture.
- Then divide the mixture into equal size ladoos
- Garnish nuts, refrigerate & use within 3 days.

Roast sesame seeds
Heat ghee, add dates, saute for 3 min
Add all roasted ingredients in a plate, let ti cool
Add cocoa powder
Add ghee
Put all ingredients in a mixie jar, coarsely grind
Mixture is ready
Divide the mixture into equal size balls
Refrigerate for 2 hours then serve
