How to make Dates & Nuts Roll, No Sugar/Jaggery, No Fat video
Ingredients
- Dates - 1 cup
- Almond - 1/4 cup
- Pista - 1/4 cup
- Cashews - 1/4 cup
- Pumpkin seeds - 2 tbsp
- Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
- Poppy seeds - 1 tbsp
- Raisins - 1/4 cup
- Walnut - 1/4 cup
Preparation
- Wash & Remove seeds from DAtes
- Chop nuts & Dates
- Heat pan add sesame, poppy and nuts raost for 1 min
- Add Dates roast for 1 min
- Let it cool then coarsely grind
- Place ground mixture over butter sheet, make log shape
- Then refrigerate 2 hours
- Then slice & store in an airtight container, use with in 1 week

- Pre-heating time 250 C, 10 min

Let it cool
Put it in a mixie jar
Coarsely grind
Ground mixtrue ready
Pour over butter sheet
make log shape
Perfect log shape
Cover it
Refrigerate 2 hours
After 2 hours
Slice & Store in an airtight container, use within 1 week
