Crispy potato Balls-How to make-Step by step photos & video

Potato balls are simple, easy to make, potato and flour only required, homemade crispy snack with in 5 min. Hollow space inside the balls
Main Ingredients
- Potato[Aloo] - 2
- Corn - 3 tbsp
- Ginger & Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
Preparation
- Boil potato till soft
- In a bowl add boiled potato, salt, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, mix well
- Knead it to make soft dough
- Divie the dough into equal size balls [Dont make tight balls]
- Heat enough oil in a pan, drop potato balls, deep fry till crisp & golden brown on medium flame
- Once its ready, remove it from oil, drain on absorbent paper
- Serve hot with tomato sauce, chilli sauce or green chutney

Perfect potato balls with in 5 min
Add 2 Boiled potato
Add salt
Mash well
Add 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste
Add 1 tsp Pepper powder
Add 3 tbsp corn flour
Knead it to maek soft dough
Dough ready
Divide the dough into equal size balls
Drop it in hot oil
Deep fry till crisp
Fry only on medium flame
Now its rady remove it from oil
5 min Potato balls [fried aloo balls ready]
