Potato balls are simple, easy to make, potato and flour only required, homemade crispy snack with in 5 min. Hollow space inside the balls

Main Ingredients

  • Potato[Aloo] - 2
  • Corn - 3 tbsp
  • Ginger & Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

Preparation

  • Boil potato till soft
  • In a bowl add boiled potato, salt, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, mix well
  • Knead it to make soft dough
  • Divie the dough into equal size balls [Dont make tight balls]
  • Heat enough oil in a pan, drop potato balls, deep fry till crisp & golden brown on medium flame
  • Once its ready, remove it from oil, drain on absorbent paper
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce, chilli sauce or green chutney
