Coconut Jaggery Burfi-How to make-Step by step photos

Main Ingredients
- Coconut - 1 cup
- Jaggery - 3/4 to 1 cup
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Ghee- 1 tbsp
- Cardamom powder - 1 tsp [optional]
Preparation
- Grate & roast coconut for 3 min
- Boil jaggery with water until 1 string or soft ball consistency
- Add coconut cook until thick or the mixture starts coming toghether [like sticky consistency]
- Add cardamom powder, cut off heat
- Pour into buttersheet tray, let it set [Apr. 2 hours]
- Then cut into desired shape, store in an airtight container
- use within 1 week
