How to make Classic italian biscotti video
Ingredients
- Maida /All purpose flor / Wheat flour- 1 & 1/4 cup
- Egg -2
- Sugar- 1/4 gram
- Sunflower oil - 4 tbsp
- Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
- Almond & Pistachio - 1/4 cup
Preparation
- In a bowl add egg, sugar, vanilla essence beat well
- Add flour, baking powder, nuts mix well
- Then Place it in a baking tray,make log/oval shape
- Place it in a Pre-heated OTG / OVEN, Bake for 35 min, 180 C
- Once it s ready, remove it from OTG/oven , let it cool
- Then slice then bake it again for 10 min, 150 Degree C
- Then flip over, bake it again for 10 min, 150 /Degree C
- Once its ready, let then store in an airtight container, use within 1 week

- Pre-heating time 250 C, 10 min

Take 1/4 cup pistachio
Chop almond And pistachio
Add 3 egg
Add 1/4 cup sugar
Vanilla essence
Beat well
Add 4 tbsp sunflower oil
Add 1 & 1/4 cup Flour
Add rava
Baking powder
Mix well
Add nuts
Mix well
Make dough
Make log shape
Gently spread
Bake it in a Oven/OTG
Bake for 35 min, 170 degree c
We can bake it in a kadai / pressure cooker
Now its ready, let it cool
Slice
Place it in a baking tray
Bake for 10 min 150 c
Flip over bake it again for 10 min 150 C
