Chocolate sponge cake-How to make-Step by step photos

Main Ingredients
- Egg -3
- Powdered sugar- 1/3 cup
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- Maida/wheat flour - 1/3 cup
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cocoa powder - 3 tsp
- Sun flower oil -3 tbsp or butter-3 tbsp
Preparation
- Add 3 eggs in a bowl beat well for 1 min
- Add 1/3 cup powdered sugar, beat until shiny & pale yellow color
- Add vanilla essence, beat well for 3 min
- Add 1/3 cup maida, corn flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, seive then add 3 times 3 min gap
- Add oil mix well, make smooth batter
- Then pour into grease baking tin, remove air bubbles
- Pre-heat OTG/OVEN for 10min, 250 degree
- Bake for 25 to 30 min, 180 degree
- For pressure cooker/kadai
- Pre-heat 10 min Low flame
- Cook for 30 min , low flame
- Once its ready, cover it, let it cool
- Then de-mold, slice, store in an airtight container, use within 3 days
