Capsicum thogayal | Green bell pepper chutney

Ingredients
- Green Capsicum – ½ cup [finely chopped]
- Coconut – ¼ cup [grated]
- Toor dal – ½ tbsp
- Bengal gram – 1 tbsp
- Urad dal – ½ tbsp
- Dry red chilli - 1
- Coriander seeds – ½ tbsp
- Cumin seeds – ½ tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation Method
- Heat pan with oil then roast all ingredients except tamarind.
- Cool it and put roasted ingredients, and salt in a mixer jar.
- Grind to fine or coarse powder or paste.
- Sprinkle gingelly oil & serve hot with rice.
