Broccoli croquettes in 10 min-How to make-Step by step photos

Main Ingredients
- Broccoli - 1 cup
- Potato- 1 or 2
- Ginger, galic -1 tbsp
- Green chill -1
- Hing -1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
- Corn flour - 2 tbsp
- Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp + 1/4 cup
- Oil for deep frying
- For batter:-
- Maida - 3 tbsp
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
Preparation
- Chop broccoli into fine pieces
- Boil potato, let it cool then mash without lumps.
- In a pan add green chilli,hing, ginger, garlic saute
- add broccoli mashed potato, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt mix well
- Add 3 tbsp bread crumbs, corn flour mix well
- You can keep it in the refrigerator for 25 minutes to avoid stickiness while making balls or you can instantly deep fry.
- Make lemon size ball out of the mixture.
- Flatten & shape cylindrical shape croquettes.
- sprinkle corn flour over the cutlet, coat well.
- In a bowl add 3 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp corn flour, salt, water mix well & make flowing consistency batter
- Dip each croquettes in the corn flour mixture & roll it in breadcrumbs.
- Make sure all the sides are coated with breadcrumbs equally.
- Heat enough oil in a pan then put prepared raw croquettes & deep fry till crisp & golden brown on medium hot oil.
- Or you can shallow fry in dosa tawa.
- Once it’s ready remove from oil, drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with chilli sauce or green chutney
