Ingredients
- Besan flour [Gram flour, kadalai maavu] – 3/4 cup
- Powdered sugar –1/2 cup
- Cashews, pistachios & Raisins -1 tbsp
- Cardamom powder – 1 tbsp
- Ghee – ¼ cup
Preparation
- Sieve gram flour without lumps.
- Heat pan add gram flour, dry roast for 5 to 8 min or till you get nice aroma.
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan roast, cashews & raisins then chop & keep it aside.
- Heat ¼ cup ghee in a pan add roasted gram flour stir continuously on low flame till the mixture starts leaving the pan or till it thickens.
- Add powdered sugar & roasted nuts & raisins mix well.
- Then add cardamom powder mix well, cut off heat.
- Garnish with cashews, raisins, or pistachios & place it in an airtight container use within 3 days.

Grind sugar & Cardamom
Heat 2 tbsp ghee, cashews & raisins
Heat 1/4 cup ghee
Add gram flour
Let it boil
Cook till it thickens
Add powdered sugar
Add cashews & raisins
Now its ready
Cut off heat
Add cashews & grated pistachios
