Aloo sev nuggets| Potato aev nuggets-How to make-Step by step photos

Main Ingredients
- Potato - 2
- Ginger, garlic -1 tbsp[finely chopped]
- Green chilli-1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Rice flour /corn flour- 3 tbsp
- Breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp
- Coriander leaves -2 tbsp[fienly chopped]
- Sev-1/4 cup
- Corn flour batter - 1/4 cup [mix 4 tbsp corn flour with 1/4 cup water mix well, make thin batter]
- Oil for deep frying
Preparation
- Boil potato till soft then mash well.
- In a bowl add corn flour, water, make flowing consistency batter.
- In a bowl add mashed potato, ginger, garlic, green chilli, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,corn flour, salt , breadcrumbs, coriander leaves, mix well, make soft dough.
- Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for 25 minutes to avoid stickiness while making balls
- Make large square out of the dough
- Cut into squares.
- Dip each squares in the corn flour mixture & roll it in sev mixture.
- Make sure all the sides are rolled with sev equally.
- Heat oil in a pan, Drop the potato squares, deep fry till crisp and golden brown.
- Once its ready, remove it from oil, drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce, chilli sauce or green chutney

Boil potato till soft
Drain water, let it cool
Mash well
Add salt
Add turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala
Add ginger, garlic, green chilli, & coriander leaves
Add corn flour / rice flour
Add breadcrumbs
Mix well make soft dough
Evenly spread [you can refrigerate for 30 min]
Cut into squares
Dip in cornflour batter
Roll out into sev
Drop it in hot oil, deep fry till crisp and golden brown
Once you put into the oil, reduce to medium flame otherwisr it will burn immediately
Now its rady, remove it from oil
Drain on absorbent paper
Serve hot with tomato or chilli sauce
