Zucchini pasta | Fusilli masala pasta with zucchini and broccoli-indian style

Ingredients
- Mini Fusilli Pasta [Durum wheat pasta, Borges] – 1 cup
- Zucchini– ½ cup [Yellow, cut into cubes]
- Broccoli– ½ cup [fresh]
- Garlic – 2 [mashed or finely chopped]
- Green Chilli – 1 [slit]
- Black pepper – ½ tbsp [crushed or freshly ground]
- Garam masala – ½ tbsp [optional]
- Pasta seasoning – 1 tbsp
- Tomato Sauce - 4 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Preparation
- In a pressure cooker add enough water & salt let it boil then add Fusilli Pasta, cover lid cook for 3 whistles then drain water.
- In a pan add water & salt & let it boil.
- Add Broccoli leave it for a min then drain water & put it in a cold water.
- Heat oil in a pan add garlic & green chilli sauté.
- Then add Zucchini, Broccoli sauté well.
- Add salt, pasta seasoning & garam masala sauté.
- Add tomato sauce mix well.
- Add cooked pasta, salt mix well & cook for 2 min then cut off heat.
- Finally add coriander leaves & freshly ground pepper mix well.
- Cut off heat & serve hot
