Tri colour poriyal independence day special recipe

Ingredients
- Red or Orange capsicum – ½ cup [chopped]
- Paneer – ½ cup [finely chopped cubes]
- Green peas – ½ cup [fresh]
- Coconut – ¼ cup [grated]
- Garlic – 1 [finly chopped]
- Onion – 2 tbsp [chopped]
- Green chilli – 1 [chopped]
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds – ½ tbsp
- Urad dal – ½ tsp
- Bengal gram – ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 1 ½ tbsp
Preparation
- Boil green peas separately
- Heat pan with oil add mustard seeds let it crackle, then add bengal gram and urad dal saute.
- Add onion sauté well.
- Add garlic & curry leaves sauté.
- Add coconut, green chilli and capsicum sauté.
- Add paneer, red chilli powder &salt sauté.
- Add boiled green peas sauté.
- Finally add 2 tbsp grated coconut, cut off heat and serve hot with rice.
