Soya chunks capsicum paneer dry curry | Meal maker capsicum paneer sabji

Ingredients
- Soya chunks [Soya nuggets, meal maker] – 1 cup
- Homemade Paneer [cottage cheese] – ½ cup [grated]
- Red, Yellow, Green capsicum – ½ cup [chopped]
- Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
- Tomato – 2 [finely chopped]
- Ginger & garlic – 1 tbsp [grated]
- Green chilli – 1 [finely chopped]
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder -1 tsp
- Garam masala – 1 tsp
- Dry mango powder – ½ tbsp
- Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
- Coriander & cumin powder – 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder- ¼ tsp
- Coriander leaves – 2 springs [chopped]
- Lemon juice – ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Method
- Boil water then put soya chunks & leave it for 2 min. Then drain & squeeze extra water.
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds. Then add onion, ginger and garlic sauté till soft.
- Add green chilli, capsicum & tomato sauté till soft. Then add turmeric & red chilli powder mix well.
- Add soya chunks, cumin, coriander & pepper powder mix well. Add salt, dry mango powder & garam masala sauté.
- Add paneer mix well. Add coriander leaves, lemon juice & cut off heat. Serve hot with rice or chapati.
