Schezwan cabbage fried rice

Ingredients
- Long grain basmati rice– 1 cup [Boiled]
- Cabbage – ½ cup [Boiled]
- Schezwan chutney – 4 tbsp [For kids:- Use only 1 tbsp]
- Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
- Ginger - 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Garlic - 3 Cloves [finely chopped]
- Spring onion - 2 tbsp [chopped]
- Groundnut oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan add garlic, onion, ginger sauté.
- Add cabbage, Schezwan chutney sauté gently.
- Add basmati rice sauté well for 2 to 3 min.
- Finally add spring onion. Then cut off heat & serve immediately
Tip
- For variations:-You can add any veg toppings like sauted mushrooms, tofu, spinach, paneer, green peas or broccoli etc.
- You can add lemon juice & soya sauce for extra flavour
