Ragi semiya kozhukattai | Finger millet vermicelli sweet dumplings

Ingredients
- Ragi semiya [kezhvaragu sevai, finger millet vermicelli] – 1 cup
- Coconut – ½ cup [Grated]
- Jaggery – ¼ cup [Grated]
- Cardamom powder – ½ tbsp
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Salt a pinch
Preparation
- Soak ragi semiya for 3 min.
- In a bowl add ragi semiya, coconut, cardamom powder, jaggery and salt mix well.
- Take a lemon size of dough and make kolukattai (using your five fingers)
- Steam it for 5 minutes in idli cooker. Sprinkle ghee & serve hot.
