Ingredients
- Pachai thuvarai[Fresh pigeon peas, Green tuvar dal]–1 cup
- Garlic – 1 cloves[mashed]
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Green chilli – 1 [chopped]
- Coconut - 3 tbsp [grated]
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Mustard seeds – ½ tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Water as needed
Preparation
- Boil green toor dal with turmeric powder till soft
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, let it crackle.
- Add garlic, green chilli sauté till light brown.
- Add curry leaves, & coconut saute .
- Add boiled green peas & salt mix well
- Then cut off heat & serve hot with rice
