Simple paneer bhurji recipe

Ingredients
- Paneer[Indian cottage Cheese] – 1 cup [grated]
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
- Green chilli – 1 [chopped]
- Ginger paste– 1 tsp
- Tomato – 1 [finely chopped]
- Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder– ½ tsp
- Garam masala– ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves- 2 springs [chopped]
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat butter in a pan add onion, ginger saute well
- Add, green chilli and tomato sauté well.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder & Garam masala powder mix well.
- Add paneer & salt mix well
- Finally add coriander leaves mix well then cut off heat
- Serve hot with bread, rice, chapati.
