Ingredients
- Pomegranate[Madhulai, Anar]- 1 cup
- Sugar or brown sugar - 2 tbsp
- Water as needed
Preparation
- Add Pomegrante seeds, sugar & water in a mixer jar finely grind.
- Then drain & extract pomegranate juice.
- Pour the mixture into ice pop moulds & place it in the freezer to set. [Apr 5 hours]
- Then unmould & serve immediately.

Add pomegranate, sugar, & water in a mixer jar & finely grind
Filter & extract pomegranate juice
Pour pomegranate juice into pop ice moulds
Cover wih cap
Keep it in a refrigerator to set
After refrigerating ice pops-Going to demould
Take moulds from fridge & pour water over the moulds
Remove pomegranate pop ice from moulds
Demoulding ice pops
Healthy pomegranate popsicle/ anar ka popsicles is ready, serve immediately
