Oats payasam | Oast kheer | Oats milk pudding with dates banana-Easy breakfast recipe

Ingredients
- Oats – ½ cup
- Water – ¼ cup
- Milk – ½ cup [ or ¼ cup]
- Green cardamom power – 1 tbsp [optional]
- Brown sugar, white sugar or grated jaggey – 3 tbsp
- Almonds – 2 [sliced]
- Raisins – 5
- Dates – 4 [Remove seeds &chopped]
- Banana – 1 [sliced]
Preparation
- Heat water & milk in a pan let it boil
- Add oats stir gently
- Add brown sugar let it dissolve.
- Add cardamom powder
- Add raisins, almonds & dates
- Add banana cut off heat serve immediately.
Tip
- For another variation of oats payasam use coconut milk, jaggery, pistachios, cashew nuts, nutmeg powder & saffron
