- Drumstick leaves [Murungai keerai ] –1 bunch
- Sambar onion- 6
- Garlic - 4
- Ginger - 1 inch piece
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
- Chana dal -1 tbsp
- Urad dal - 1 tbsp
- salt to taste
- Oil- 2 tbsp
- Water as needed
Preparation
- Wash & pluck drumstick leaves
- In a pan, add drumstick leaves, water, salt, sambar onion, ginger, garlic, cumin, pepper, turmeric powder boil for 5 to 8 min
- Then drain without lumps
- Then serve hot
