Ingredients
- Carrot – 2
- Ginger–1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Beans - 2 tbsp
- Vegetable stock or water as required
- Bread- 1 or 2
- Corn flour -1 tbsp
- Red chilli, tomato, soya, green chilli sauce- 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Water as needed
Method
- Mix corn flour with water, mix well without lumps
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add ginger, beans, carrot, saute for 1 min
- Add water cook for 3 min
- Then add Red chilli, tomato, soya, green chilli sauce.
- Add corn flour slurry, pepper powder
- Toast bread, then cut into cube
- put it in a soup, add coriander leaves, serve immediately

Heat 1 tbsp oil, add ginger
Add beans
Add carrot
add salt
Add corn flour
Add water, mix well
Con flour slurry ready
Add water
Boil for 3 min
Add red chilli sauce
Add green chilli sauce
Add soya sauce
Add Tomato sauce
Add salt
Add corn flour slurry
Mix well, cook for 2 min
Dont boil too long
Add pepper powder
Perfect consistency
Toast bread with butter or ghee or oil
Grill 2 min
Perfect crispiness
cut into cubes
Pour soup
Add coriander
