Homemade instant tomato sauce- How to make-Step by step photos [No preservatives or No vinegar used]

This is simple & quick method of making tomato sauce. Homemade and healthy. No preservative or vinegar used. Using this tomato sauce you can make any masala, gravy etc.
Ingredients
- Tomato – 10 to 15
- Salt - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 to 2 tbsp
Method
- Wash & boil tomatoes till soft. Then strain water.
- Peel off the skin then roughly chop
- Put chopped tomatoes in a mixie jar, grind to smooth puree.
- Pour into a filter, Strain to remove seeds.
- Transfer filtered tomato puree to a pan cook on low to medium flame
- Add salt & sugar let it cook till it thickens[Apr 10 min]
- Once its ready, cut off heat, let it cool.
- Then pour tomato sauce into a glass bottle, refrigerate & use with in one week.
- You can make gobi manchurian, aloo masala, paneer masala or any gravy using this homemade tomato sauce.
How to make Tomato Sauce- Step by step photos
Wash & boil tomatoes till soft
Strain water
Peel off the skin
Roughly chop
Put it in a mixie jar, grind to smooth puree
Puree is ready to strain
Filter
Filter to remove seeds
Transfer filtered puree to a broad pan, cook on low to medium flame
Add salt
Add sugar
Let it boil till it thickens[Apr 10 min]
Smooth & thick toamto sauce ready,
Homemade tomato puree ready, Let it cool
Pour tomato sauce into a glass bottle
Cover lid & refrigerate & use
