Beans and soya chunks biryani | Meal maker pulao-Easy lunch box recipe

Ingredients
- Basmati rice or jeera rice – 1 cup
- Soya chunks - 10
- Beans - 3 tbsp [chopped]
- Onion – 1 [sliced]
- Tomato - 1 [chopped]
- Green chilli - 1 [sliced]
- Ginger – 1 tbsp [grated]
- Garlic – 1 tbsp [grated]
- Fennel seeds – 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Peppercorns - 5
- Green cardamom - 2
- Cinnamon stick- 1
- Cloves - 2
- Garam masala – ½ tsp
- Red chilli powder – ½ tbsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Coriander leaves - 5 springs [chopped]
- Curd - 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Ghee – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Water –1 ¾ cup
Preparation Method
- Put meal maker in boiling for leave for 5 min then drain & squeeze extra water & keep it aside.
- Wash & soak jeera rice for 10 min
- Heat pressure cooker with oil & ghee. Add green cardamom, cinnamon stick, fennel seeds, cloves, peppercorns fry till you get nice aroma
- Add onion sauté till light brown
- Add ginger & garlic sauté.
- Add green chilli, beans saute.
- Add soya chunks saute.
- Add toamto saute
- Add corainder leaves saute.
- Add turmeric, garam masala & red chilli powder mix well.
- Then add jeera rice mix well.
- Add water, curd, salt mix well & let it boil.
- Then cover it & cook for 3 to 4 whistles.
- Sprinkle coriander/mint leaves & serve hot with salna kurma and raita.
